Once an application has been filed, it is not possible
to add any further information about the invention to it. However, if any
modifications or developments are made to the invention, a further
application may be filed. If the further application is filed within one
year of the initial application, it can claim the date of the initial
application (a priority date) for the invention as originally presented
and would take its own date for the modifications and developments.
