Types of Work Handled
The bulk of the practice’s work is in the areas of
drafting patent specifications, patentability and infringement
assessments, and prosecution of applications before the British, European
and foreign patent offices.
However, the practice covers all other areas of patent
law and procedure and also deals with trade mark and design applications
before the British Registries, the Community Trade Mark Office and foreign
registries.
Advice is also given on industrial copyright and design
right matters.
The practice handles patents in most technological
areas, except chemistry and biotechnology.
Ken has a great deal of experience in the fields of
electrophotography and digital electronics, particularly graphics
processing and digital television signal processing and standards
conversion.
